Ma[n]nai Paavah[i] Mokh[u] Dhuaar[u]

Padh Arthh (word-by-word):
ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਪਾਵਹਿ (Paavah[i]) = attains, receives
ਮੋਖੁ (Mokh[u]) = Moksh = Mukathee = Salvation or Liberation from cycle of reincarnation
ਦੁਆਰੁ (Dhuaar[u]) = Door, Doorstep

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they attain liberation. Which Sikhs attain this? Those who stay at the Door. What does this mean? It means they will receive the 4 types of Liberation (Mukathee: 1] Salokya = residing in the same realm as Your Isht ie Guru Sahib, 2] Sameep = residing close to Guru Sahib, 3] Saroopya = attaining the very form of Your Isht, 4] Sayujya = merging with Guru Sahib). In this way, those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they will reach the Door of Salvation or Spiritual Realization.

ਮੰਨੈ ਪਰਵਾਰੈ ਸਾਧਾਰੁ ॥

ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਪਰਵਾਰੈ (Parvaarai) = Family’s, Along with the Family, the Family too
ਸਾਧਾਰੁ (Saadhhaar[u]) = to reform (Sudhhaar), Support/Leaning on (Udhhaar)

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, will cause their family to be liberated as well. Not just family but those who meet with them. If some people say that only the family will be liberated but what about the others? This is why:

ਮੰਨੈ ਤਰੈ ਤਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਿਖ ॥
Ma[n]nai Tharai Thaarae Gur[u] Sikh

ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਤਰੈ (Tharai) = Float/Swim across [ocean of worldly suffering]
ਤਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਿਖ (Thaarae Gur[u] Sikh) = Guru Ji’s Sikhs will also be carried across the ocean of worldly suffering

Those who follow and accept the teachings of Guru Sahib, they themselves will be carried across this world-ocean and are able to swim through it. ‘Thaarae Gur[u] Sikh’ = if someone considers themselves to be the Sikh of the Guru then they will be liberated.

ਮੰਨੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਭਵਹਿ ਨ ਭਿਖ ॥
Ma[n]nai naanak Bhavah[i] na Bhikh

ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਭਵਹਿ ਨ (Bhavah[i] na) = don’t wander, no wandering
ਭਿਖ (Bhikh) = as a beggar, begging

Those who follow and accept the teachings of Guru Sahib, don’t need to wander as beggars. They are content with their Paraalabadhh Karma (Karma accumulated from the past life which one receives in this current life). Alternatively, one doesn’t need to ask for boons from deities such as the Solar Devta, Lunar Devta, etc and therefore, not wandering. The Sikh only puts his belief and trust in the One Parmatma-Vaheguru. Bhikh also can be short for Bhavikhath Kaal (the Future)... meaning the Sikh will not have to beg in the future.

ਐਸਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ ਜੇ ਕੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ ॥੧੫॥

ਐਸਾ (Aisaa) = This, In this way
ਨਾਮੁ (naam[u]) = Name of Vaheguru
ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ (nira[n]jan[u]) = Nir (Negative/No/Without) + Anjan (Darkness ie away from Maya’s Illusion = able to perceive the Formless-Vaheguru)
ਜੇ ਕੋ (Jae Ko) = Jae Koee = If someone
ਮੰਨਿ (Ma[n]n[i]) = accepts, follows
ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ (JaaNai Man[i] Koe[i]) = realizes within the mind

In the last few paurree’s we were able to see the benefits of following and accepting the Teachings of Guru Sahib. When someone remembers the Name of Vaheguru and/or they are able to perceive the Non-Dual Vaheguru, and attain spiritual realization in the mind.
