ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਮਾਰਗਿ (Maarag[i]) = Path, Route, Road
ਠਾਕ (Ttaak) = Stop, Block
ਨ ਪਾਇ (na Paa-i) = not have

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, their ‘Maarag’/Path to the Afterlife does not have any obstacles for them. Or: The Unreachable places like the ocean and mountains belonging to the angels do not have any obstacles in reaching them.

ਮੰਨੈ ਪਤਿ ਸਿਉ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਜਾਇ ॥

ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਪਤਿ ਸਿਉ (Path[i] Sio[u]) = With respect, honour
ਪਰਗਟੁ (Pargat[u]) = Appear, reveal
ਜਾਇ (Jaa-i) = become

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they receive respect and honour which is known by the angels. Or: They receive respect and honour which is revealed in this world. ‘Jaa-i’ could refer to ‘Jagaa’/place. They stay in their own home (physically) but they pervade everywhere (through knowing). Or: They become well-known everywhere.

ਮੰਨੈ ਮਗੁ ਨ ਚਲੈ ਪੰਥੁ ॥
Ma[n]nai Mag[u] na Chalai Pa[n]thh[u]

Padh Arthh (word-by-word):
ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਮਗੁ ਨ (Mag[u] na) = Mag+n = Magan = Anand
ਚਲੈ (Chalai) = go, goes
ਪੰਥੁ (Pa[n]thh[u]) = Path, way, route

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they become Magan (in Anand/Bliss) and go on the path of the afterlife in this way. This pankti indeed refers to Anand/Spiritual Bliss as ‘Mag[u]’ and ‘Pa[n]thh[u]’ both refer to Path/Route, and become redundant if it was Mag[u]. Anandghan (who Kavi Ji is responding to with this steek) has interpreted in this way: ‘Mag[u]’ is a place of rest or staying in one place. However, this raises doubts as well. The first two lines say that those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings will gain realization and Anandghan says a place of rest. These two are contradictory. This pankti is referring to those who follow and accept and as a result, they become liberated from their body. That is why Panth is referring to something outside of this physical realm and in a state of spiritual bliss. There are many people walking towards different places in this world. Some of them have a heavy weight over their head as they travel. It is because of this they face lots of suffering. There are some people like kings who travel in palanquins, they are blissfully travelling. There are those people who reach Vaheguru in this way and others which have a weight on their head. Those who carry weight on their head are suffering on this path and they feel that they will receive punishment ahead in life too. There are some who walk knowing that they have completed the Task given to Them by Their Master. They know Their King-Vaheguru is pleased with them and will be bestowed with prestige. They walk in this bliss. Know this to be the proper understanding of this line.

ਮੰਨੈ ਧਰਮ ਸੇਤੀ ਸਨਬੰਧੁ ॥
Ma[n]nai Dhharam Saethee Sanba[n]dh[u]

ਮੰਨੈ (Ma[n]nai) = Through accepting and following, believing
ਧਰਮ (Dhharam) = Dharam or short for Dharam-Raaj (the Angel of Death)
ਸੇਤੀ (Saethee) = With, including
ਸਨਬੰਧੁ (Sanba[n]dhh) = Relations

Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they meet Dharam-Raaj (Angel of Death, Righteous Judge of our Karma) as if they are meeting a relative/close acquaintance. Dharam Raaj meets them with happiness/friendliness as well as respect.-Another interpretation:Those who follow and accept Guru Sahib’s Teachings, they maintain their Dharam to the utmost and do not forsake it. (TN: Dharam can refer to one's duty based on their role such as father, mother, brother, sister, worker, ruler, human etc. as well as their religious practice)

ਐਸਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ ਜੇ ਕੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ ॥੧੪॥

ਐਸਾ (Aisaa) = This, In this way
ਨਾਮੁ (naam[u]) = Name of Vaheguru
ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ (nira[n]jan[u]) = Nir (Negative/No/Without) + Anjan (Darkness ie away from Maya’s Illusion = able to perceive the Formless-Vaheguru)
ਜੇ ਕੋ (Jae Ko) = Jae Koee = If someone
ਮੰਨਿ (Ma[n]n[i]) = accepts, follows
ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ (JaaNai Man[i] Koe[i]) = realizes within the mind-(TN:Please see previous sections which also feature these two pankti’s)
