Kavi Santokh Singh finalizes Sri Nanak Prakash with this Ashtakam - essentially an octet (8 total verses). They even say that whoever listens to this ashtakam will get what they want in life and their illnesses will go away:

Bowing down to the Real-Consciousness-Bliss Form,
The Carer of the Universe, the Yogi (Uniter)
ਤ੍ਰਿਲੋਕੀ ਪਤੀ, ਆਪ ਭੋਗੀ ਅਭੋਗੀ।
Thrilokee Pathee Aap Bhogee Abhogee
The Protector of all 3 Realms - Themselves the enjoyer and being detached from enjoyment
ਨਿਰਾਕਾਰ ਕੋ ਰੂਪ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਹੋਯੋ।

Being without Form then You took on a Form

ਜਪੈ ਸੱਤਿਨਾਮੰ ਸਿਖੀ ਬੀਜ ਬੋਯੋ ॥੪੯॥

Making others Jap the Satnaam and planting the seed of Sikhi 
ਚਹੂੰ ਚੱਕ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਸ਼ ਬਿਥਾਰੀ।
Chahoo[n] Chakk Mai[n] Dhaesh Dhaesh Bithhaaree
Spreading Sikhi in all four directions and various countries
ਗੁਰੂ ਆਪ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੀਨੰ ਅਪਾਰੀ।
Guroo Aap Hwai Sikh Keenang Apaaree
Being the Guru Themselves they made countless Sikhs
ਦਯੋ ਗਯਾਨ ਕੌ ਦਾਨ ਦਾਸੰ ਬਿਸਾਲਾ ।
Dhayo Gyaa Kau Dhaan Dhaas[ng] Bisaalaa
They gave spiritual realization as a gift to many servants
ਕਲੀ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਦੇਖਿ ਜੀਵੰ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਾ!॥੫੦॥
Kalee Mai[n] Dhukhee Dhaekh[i] Jeev[ng] Kripaalaa
Seeing the beings suffer in Kalyug, Guru Sahib blessed them
ਮਹਾਂ ਮੰਦ ਕੋ ਬਿੰਦ ਕੀਨੰ ਉਧਾਰੰ
Mahaa[n] Ma[n]dh Ko Bi[n]dh Keen[ng] Udhaar[ng]
They took the worst of people and saved them
ਸਮਾਨੰ ਨ ਆਨੰ, ਮਹਾਨੋਪਕਾਰੰ।
Samaan[ng] n Aan[ng], Mahaanopkaar[ng]
There is no one who can compare 
and who is doing such great acts of kindness
ਅਹੋ ਰੂਪ ਸਾਖੀ ਬਸੋ ਦੇਹਿ ਸਾਰੇ।
Aho Roop Saakhee Baso Dhaeh[i] Saarae
Witnessing the Form of Anand which lives within everyone’s bodies
ਅਕਰਤਾ, ਅਭੁਗਤਾ, ਸੰਯੁਕਤਾ ਬਿਚਾਰੇ ॥੫੧॥
Akarthaa, Abhugthaa, Sa[n]yukthaa Bichaarae
Know the non-doer, the non-enjoyer (detached) to be within all
ਦੀਨਬੰਧੂ ਸ਼ਰੰਨਯੰ ਮਹਾਨੇ' !
Dheenba[n]dhhoo Sharanyng Mahaanae
The Friend of the Weak whose Sanctuary is so great!
ਜਪੇ ਨਾਮ ਜੋ ਆਪ ਕੋ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਠਾਨੇ।
Japae naam Jo Aap Ko Praem TTaanae
Whoever japs Your Name from a place of love
ਤਿਸੇ ਹਾਥ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਲੇਵੋ ਬਚਾਈਂ।
Thisae Haathh Dhae A[n]th Laevo Bachaaee[n]
They will be saved in the end
ਨਿਜੰ ਦਾਸ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਹੋਵੇ ਸਹਾਈ ॥੫੨॥

They support those who are Guru Sahib’s close servants
ਧਰ੍ਯੋ ਬੰਸ ਬੇਦੀਨ ਮੈਂ ਰੂਪ ਜੋਈ। 
Dhharyo Ba[n]s Baedheen Mai[n] Roop Joee
Taking birth in the Bedi lineage
ਭਜੇ, ਧ੍ਯਾਨ ਠਾਨੇ ਪਰੇ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਕੋਈ
Bhajae Dhyaan Ttaanae Parae Sharan Koee
There are only the rare ones who chant and focus upon You
and fall into Your Sanctuary
ਨਿਸੰਸੇ ਗਤੀਪਰਮ' ਪਾਵੈ ਅਨੰਦੰ।
nisansae Gatheeparam Paavai Ana[n]dh[ng]
They attain the changeless, clearly Supreme State of Blissful Liberation
ਨਮੋ ਪਾਦਕੰਜੰ ਬਿਲੰਦੇ ਮੁਕੰਦੰ ॥੫੩ ॥
namo Paadhka[n]j[ng] Bila[n]dhae Muka[n]dh[ng]
Bowing down to Your Lotus Feet - the Highest Place and Those which give us Liberation
ਮਹਾਂ ਮਾਨ ਮੋਹਾਦਿ ਮਾਤੇ ਮਤੰਗੰ।
Mahaa[n] Maan Mohaadh[i] Maathae Math[n]g[ng]
The Large Intoxicated Elephant of Pride, Emotional Attachment, among other vices
ਰਿਦੇ ਕਾਨਨੰ ਦਾਸ ਕੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੰਗੰ।
Ridhae Kaanan[ng] Dhaas Kae Si[n]gh A[n]g[ng]
In the Forest of the Sikhs’ Hearts, You are the Lion
ਰਹੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੇ ਅੰਗ ਸੰਗੰ ਸਦਾਈ।
Raho Sikh Kae A[n]g Sa[n]g[ng] Sadhaaee
Always remaining as close as their Sikhs’ own arms and legs
ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਮ ਬਾਂਕੋ ਕਰੈ ਕੋਇ ਜਾਈ ॥੫੪॥
nahee[n] Rom Baa[n]ko Karai Koe[i] Jaaee
No one can even bend a hair of that Sikh (nothing can touch a Sikh who Maharaj is with)
ਗਿਨੈ ਕੋ ਗੁਨੰ ਪਾਰ ਪਾਵੈ ਨ ਕੋਈ।
Ginai Ko Gun[ng] Paar Paavai na Koee
There is no one who can count the qualities of Guru Sahib.
ਮਹਾਨੰ ਮਹੀਯਾਨ' ਰੂਪੰ ਜਿ ਹੋਈ।
Mahaan[ng] Maheeyaan Roop[ng] Ji Hoee
Their Form is the Greatest of the Great
ਨਿਜੰ ਸ਼ੇrਯ ਹੇਤੰ! ਭਜੇ ਜੌਨ ਕੌਨੰ।
nij[ng] Shraey Haeth[ng] Bhajae Jaun Kaun[ng]
In order for themselves to be liberated - be it whoever
ਦਯਾ ਧਾਰਿ ਦੇਵੋ ਮਹਾਂ ਮੋਦ ਤੌਨੰ ॥੫੫॥
Dhayaa Dhhaar[i] Dhaevo Mahaa[n] Modh Thaun[ng]
Having blessed them with compassionate grace, they receive great bliss
ਮਹਾਂ ਦੁੱਖ ਸਿੰਧੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ! ਹੋ ਅਗਸਤੰ।
Mahaa[n] Dhukh Si[n]dhh[ng] Prabhoo! Ho Agasth[ng]
The Great Ocean of Pain, Oh Vaheguru...You drink it away. (Agasth drank the ocean)
ਸਮਸਤੰ ਨਿਵਾਸੋ, ਬਿਲਾਸੋ ਸਮਸਤੰ'।
Samasth[ng] nivaaso Bilaaso Samasth[ng]
Living within all, and play with all
ਦਈ ਮੋਖ ਕੋਟਾਨ ਜੇ ਮੋਹ ਗ੍ਰਸਤੰ।
Dhaee Mokh Kotaan Jae Moh Grasth[ng]
Giving liberation to those who are engrossed in emotional attachment
ਸਦਾ ਜੈ, ਸਦਾ ਜੈ, ਨਮਸਤੰ ਨਮਸਤੰ'॥੫੬॥
Sadhaa Jai, Sadhaa Jai, namasth[ng], namasth[ng]
May the Praises be constantly sung,May the Praises be constantly sung,I bow down in reverence,I bow down in reverence.

Whoever reads and listens to this octet deeply with their mind
ਸੋ ਜਨ ਸਕਲ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਪਾਵਹਿਂ।

They will attain all things they want
ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਨਾਨਾ ਰੋਗ ਨਿਵਾਰੈ'। 
Thin Kae naanaa Rog nivaarai
All of their illnesses will be removed
ਮਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਮ ਰੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਬਿਦਾਰੈ ॥੫੮॥
Man Thae Kaam Ru Krodhh Bidhaarai
Lust and anger are removed from the mind
ਸੁਨਿ ਕਰਿ ਸਗਰੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੋਦਾ।
Sun[i] Kar[i] Sagree Sa[n]gath[i] Modhaa
Listening the entire sangat will be pleased.
ਜੈ ਜੈ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਬਦਤਿ ਚਹੁੰ ਕੋਦਾ।
Jai Jai Shabadh Badhath[i] Chahu[n] Kodhaa
Sangat will praise from all four directions of the world.
ਮਹਾਂ ਮਹਾਤਮ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੇਰਾ

Greatest of Great Souls from all four directions
